DISCLAIMER: Independent Contractors are not bound by Soultuary Salons service policy, refund/return policies, cancellation policy, or payment policies. If you see an Independent Stylist please ask your Stylist for their specific policies.

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Soultuary Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. Independent Contractors are not bound by this policy. Please ask your Independent Stylist for specific questions on their personal policies if needed. All services purchased at Soultuary Salon are non-refundable, but if management determines that a corrective service is required and your stylist was NOT an Independent Contractor then a corrective service will be provided. All products and plants are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

Soultuary Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation. This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service.


Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for and the forfeiture of any deposits paid. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation. If your appointment was at the blowdry bar you will forfeit one of your allotted blowouts from your subscription. In order to respect the time of our Stylists', if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services.

 

Late
Please be courteous to your Stylists and the salon's other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for.

Children

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed. The salon environment can be dangerous for unattended children. We kindly ask that children are left at home unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by a parent.

Soultuary Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash.
 

Reservations
We highly encourage you to pre-book your appointments through our online booking site, so that you can view availability of your preferred artist. You can also call the studio at 336-345-4713.

 

Online Scheduling

Your reservation request will be scheduled based on the Stylist's availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Soultuary Salon. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

 

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

  • Please call Soultuary Salon concerning lost gift certificates.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are valid at Soultuary Salon only for all products and services available.

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
